Right of withdrawal:

According to legal regulations, you as a customer have the right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the recipient in relation to Pro Keepers Line GmbH. The revocation is possible without giving reasons. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the order. Please note that returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

Return of items:

Our goal at Pro Keepers Line GmbH is that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are ever dissatisfied, you can return the ordered products within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving reasons. Please note that the products must not have been used in any way and must be in their original packaging in a resalable and undamaged condition. Products with individual name and/or number printing (= personalization) are generally excluded from return. If you try on the products, you should not remove any tags or labels. We can only accept a return if the items are in the same condition in which they were sent to you. If you have ordered several items, you can return some of them individually or together.

Please note that Pro Keepers Line reserves the right to refuse the return of items if they are returned more than 14 days after delivery or are not in their original condition. Items can only be returned with a delivery note/invoice and franked within 14 days of purchase. Returned products will not be exchanged, you will have to place a new order for this.

Return processing:

After the return has been accepted by Pro Keepers Line GmbH, you as a customer have the following options: The amount of the returned items (minus shipping costs and additional costs due to certain payment methods*) will be refunded by Pro Keepers Line within 21 days without any additional notice to you. You as a customer can have the amount of the returned items (minus shipping costs and additional costs due to certain payment methods*) credited to your account at www.prokeepersline.de.
